In the celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, Fatma Rembo Organization (FRO) managed to play a role in its Social Economic Empowerment of Women in the region of Iringa, Tanzania.

Promoting and Encouraging Entrepreneurship being one of the objectives, Fatma Rembo Organization managed to organize a capacity building seminar for youth and elderly women in the region.

Moderator from Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) Iringa provided a well structured seminar on How to increase capital and elevate economically, methods to sustain customers, mistakes made by entrepreneurs that lead to losing customers and how to create a business plan.

In addition to capacity building session, Fatma Rembo Organization aided the women with raise in capital in existing and start up businesses that would proof to be beneficial in maximizing profits in their business.
