Commemorating The International Day of the Girl Child, 2024 October 11, 2024 By —FRO To commemorate The International Day of the Girl Child celebrated on the 11th of October every year, Fatma Rembo Organization (FRO) chose to visit a governmental school in Iringa, namely Lugalo Secondary School having students from Ordinary level (O-Level) to Advanced level (A-Level) with most of its students being ones with special needs. Taking into consideration that the theme for this year (Girls’ Vision for the Future) was perfectly aligning with what FRO does (Promoting and Supporting Technology, Promoting and Advancing Leadership Skills, Promoting and Encouraging Entrepreneurship, Promoting Education and Protecting the Environment) automatically gave a wide room of the organization to fully dish out knowledge to the girls. Ignition of their hidden talents alongside revival of their self-confidence from high knowledge concentrated topics delivered by experienced FRO members on discussed matter was the yielded outcome from the event hosted by Fatma Rembo Organization.
