Born and raised in Tanzania, Fatma’s entrepreneurial journey began with a bold vision to revolutionize the agriculture sector. Leveraging innovative techniques and sustainable practices, she founded a thriving agricultural business that focuses on enhancing food security and promoting economic growth in rural communities.

Driven by a desire to make a broader impact on healthcare accessibility, Fatma ventured into the pharmaceutical industry. Through her company, she endeavors to bridge gaps in healthcare delivery, ensuring that essential medications reach underserved populations across the country.

In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Fatma Rembo is deeply committed to public service and political leadership. As a political leader within the ruling party CCM Women Wing (UWT), She is a member of the executive committee of CCM women (UWT) national council and also A member of the national council of UWT Iringa Region, representing Iringa CCM women. she advocates for policies that foster inclusive growth, social justice and good governance.

Recognizing the importance of investing in the future generation, Fatma established the Fatma Rembo Organization. This organization serves as a catalyst for youth, women and children’s empowerment, offering educational opportunities, skills training, and support services to marginalized communities.

Furthermore, Fatma is a co-founder of the Tanzania Stemship Foundation, dedicated to promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education and innovation among Tanzanian youth.
